SHOW RULES
1. The show will be governed by the show rules and standard of perfection of the ARBA. Entry indicates acceptance of same.
2. Entries close September 14th, 2003. ABSOLUTELY NO PHONE ENTRIES. Entries must be postmarked by the closing date to be accepted, per ARBA show rule section 19. Entries not meeting this requirement will be returned. Be sure to include your telephone number with your entry.
3. JUDGING WILL START AT 10AM
4. Make checks payable to the Essex County Rabbit and Cavy Breeders Association and mail with entry to show secretary.
6. Judging will be done in cages made for this purpose.
7. Sick animals will be removed from the showroom immediately.
8. No advertising permitted on cages until after judging.
9. The judges decisions will be final except in cases of absolute fraud. Protests must be filed with the show superintendent within 12 hours after judging and must be accompanied be a fee of $5.00 which will be refunded if protest is sustained.
10. This association reserves the right to appoint another judge or other judges in place of or in addition to those listed.
11. All rabbits are to be permanently ear marked. No tatooing the day of the show.
12. All coop numbers must be placed in the right ear of each rabbit with black ink only.
13. A registar will be available to register animals at the fairgrounds.
14. Attention cavy breeders: All cavies must be tagged to be shown.
NOTE: When filling out the entry form, be sure to include the breed, variety, age, sex and ear number of each animal.
